Anita Bernice Ptak, 56, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, August 26, 2018 in Juneau, Alaska. She was born in Ft. Gordon, Georgia and relocated from Benton, Kentucky to Boston, Massachusetts and then Tampa, Florida in 1992.
She was an Accounting Manager for Tesinc, LLC where she was employed for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her son , Cory. She will be sadly missed by co-workers, family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 2 pm, with a memorial service at 3 pm, at the Blount & Curry Funeral Home- Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W Bearss Ave., Tampa, Florida 33618.
