Rick was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He attended Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania and served his country proudly in the Army during the Korean War. Rick retired in 1999 from the State of Florida. He spent many summers on Chautauqua Lake, boating and fishing. He loved spending time with his family and his dogs.
Rick was preceded in death by his brother, Keith Binkley, and sister, Janet Ingersol.
Rick is survived by his wife of 37 years, Karen Cramer, his three daughters, Mary (Ray) Stefanacci of North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, Tracy and Jody Binkley of Hoboken, New Jersey, three step children, Paul, Anne, and Joseph Emborsky, and granddaughter Allison Emborsky.
In keeping with his wishes, no formal services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Big Bend Hospice, Tallahassee, FL or the Salvation Army.
