Janet S. Woodruff

Janet was born of November 25, 1954 in Miami, Florida to James M. and Roselynn F. Sharman. She worked as an account for the State of Florida with different agencies and ended her career with the Department of Health.

Janet's favorite pastime was visiting the ocean and could be found lounging on the beach. When not at the beach, Janet enjoyed visiting areas that had snow although she didn't like being in it.

She loved her husband Lee. They were best friends for the past 33 years even though they were only married for 31 years. She cherished every moment they spent together and was proud to call him her husband.

She is survived by her husband Lee Woodruff; her twin brother Jim Sharman; her niece and nephew Jimmy and Roselynn and great nephew Jimbo. She is also survived by two sisters Diane Jenkins and Linda Inman, numerous nieces and nephews, other family and many friends.

Janet will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Friends may visit with the Woodruff family on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 3:00 pm and the Celebration of Janet's life will begin at 4:00pm at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home - Riggins Road location.
