Beth Lintner Timm, 90 of Tallahassee, died September 21, 2013 at Centre Pointe. Beth was born September 16, 1923 in Milwaukee, WI to Ray and Addie (Emling) Lintner and moved to Tallahassee in the early 1960's coming from Douglas, GA. Beth worked with her husband managing their radio broadcasting properties and was very involved with her church, Epiphany Lutheran Church.
She was united in marriage in 1942 to her husband, Brody Timm who preceded her in death in 1993. Beth is survived by her son, Bruce (Margaret) Timm of Tallahassee; her daughter, Jan Timm of Tallahassee; two brothers, Dwayne Lintner of Amarillo, TX and Neal Lintner of Milwaukee, WI; her sister, Joan Lintner Pries of Milwaukee, WI and her four grandchildren, Hampton Timm (Melissa) of Sterling Heights, MI, Claire Timm of Los Angeles, CA, Margaret Timm of Tallahassee, Sheffield Timm of Tallahassee and her beloved cat, Sara.
A small, private service will be held graveside at the Culley's Meadowwood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Beth's memory to either Lutheran Social Services or Leon County Humane Society.
