Cynthia Lynn Armer

Cynthia Lynn Armer was born on January 16th, 1980 in Muskogee, Oklahoma the daughter of Robert and Barbara (Jackson) Armer. She graduated from Okay High School. She and the love of her life, Paul Ruffinelli settled in Park Hill. Cynthia, or Cindy to her friends, was a homemaker. She loved taking care of her home and her husband and their beautiful daughter, Jessica Marie Ruffinelli. Her love for her family extended on to her twin sister, Crystal as well as her many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends alike. Cindy loved doing for others. She was always there to lend a hand and to offer her love and support. Cindy was very talented. She enjoyed cooking, listening to music, and arts and crafts, especially Christmas crafting. There was nothing better than a day spent with her family fishing or swimming. Cindy passed from this life on December 14th, 2011 at Sallisaw, OK. She was 31 years old. She will be greatly missed and remembered for the love and laughter she gave to all those around her.

Cindy is preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Jackson Armer.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Paul and daughter Jessica Ruffinelli both of the home in Park Hill. She leaves a twin sister, Crystal Armer and and companion Anthony Philpott of Tahlequah, OK and her aunt, Sara Holloway and companion Earl Sellers of Park Hill and her aunt Brenda and husband Vernon. She leaves many cousins, and a host of friends and loved ones.
