Rosetta Brown, 74, of Syracuse, passed away Saturday at Iroquois Nursing Home. Born in South Carolina she resided in Syracuse most of her life. Rosetta retired from the Syracuse City School District after 25 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Robin (Robert) Marshall of Syracuse and her son, Robby Marshall of Syracuse.
