Carolyn B. George, 70 of Syracuse NY passed away on Thursday November 18th with her family by her side. Born in Newport News, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late James Butler and Gladys Lynch. She was the Director of the Greenbrough Neighborhood Health Center and worked for the Westchester Department of Health. Carolyn is the mother of Amy George and Ajibode George she is the sister of James Butler Jr., Lynette McPhatter, Alice Lishey and Irene Cunningham. Carolyn is the grandmother of Melanie, Mariah, Maya and Isaac. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday November 27, at FARONE AND SON FUNERAL HOME 1500 Park St. at 4:00 pm.
