Childersburg, AL. - Tony Coleman, born May 20, 1944 (age 80) passed away June 11, 2024, at Bill Nichols State Veterans Home in Alexander City. He served 4.5 years in the U.S. Marine Corp and he truly was tougher than nails. Even in his over 15 years of being disabled, he always managed to be witty and positive. Tony worked hard all his life and wore several hats as he supported his family. He worked for Floyd & Beasley Trucking, Kimberly Clark, & U.P.S. to name a few. Tony had faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and enjoyed Bible Study and listening to sermons online.
Tony is survived by his loving wife, Martha Coleman; brother, Ricky Coleman; and a host of nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Coleman and Marian Coleman; his son, Mark Coleman and brother, David Coleman.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 14, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. till 5:00 p.m. at Radney Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, Alabama.
