Brenda Pitts RaySylacauga, AL - Brenda Ray, 62, on August 3, 2014 died peacefully at her home.  Funeral service will be Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Rev. Tommy Thornton officiating.  Burial will be at Bethlehem Baptist Cemetery in Clay County, AL.Brenda was an exceptionally strong woman and was loved by all.  She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Pitts.She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Ray, son, Camron Ray, his wife Kim, daughter, April Watts, husband John, grandchildren, Devon, Hunter, Chase and  Rusty, great-grandchild, Brayden, mother, Jean Craft, husband Billy, brother, Tim Craft, sisters, Gwen Smith, Wanda Whitley, Juanita Nix, Sharman Brown and Cynthia Sexton, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  Visitation will be Wednesday August 6, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.Pallbearers will be Keith Ray, David Smith, Charlie Duncan, Wayne Whitley, Chris Nix and Stacey Arnold.  Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Duncan and Bill Cates.Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneysmith.com.Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, AL will direct the services.
