Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Mitro and Mary (Bolcon) Andrewseski, she was a longtime resident of Swansea.
She worked as a packaging line operator of elastic thread used for golf balls at the former Fulflex Manufacturing Corp. in Bristol, RI for 30 years before retiring. A nature lover, she enjoyed the camping trips she took with her husband, looking out at the ocean and sitting on her porch watching the birds and deer. A skilled cook, she always made you feel welcome and you never left hungry. She delighted in a good cup of coffee and a corn muffin in the morning, but her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara P. Kochan of Swansea and Shirley Daynard of Atkinson, NH; two sons, Matthew J. Kochan and his wife Valerie of Somerset and Theodore M. Kochan and his wife Sharon of Riverside, RI; five grandchildren, Jeffrey Kelly, Matthew C. Kochan, Jonathan T. Kochan, P.J. Kochan and Zachary Kochan and several nephews. She was the grandmother of the late Joshua J. Kochan and mother-in-law of the late Kenneth R. Daynard.
