Aaron H. Nunes, age 36, of Swansea, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 6, 2017. He was born in Fall River the son of Renee (Barboza) Nunes of Swansea and Louis A. Nunes Sr. of Fall River.
Aaron was employed as a Concrete Former for Minkin Construction for several years. He enjoyed spending time with his son, making people laugh and always wanted to have a good time. “Hard times don’t last but tough guys do.”
In addition to his parents, Aaron is survived by his son Jayce Nunes of Westport; a brother Louis A. Nunes Jr of Fall River; a sister Kayla Jusseaume of Fall River; maternal grandparents Edward and Lorraine Barboza of Swansea; his girlfriend Kristy Roussel of Westport and many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
Aaron was the grandson of the late Manuel and Celeste Nunes.
His funeral will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 9:00AM from the Waring-Sullivan Home at Birchcrest 189 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea followed by his Funeral Service at 10:30AM in the First Congregation Church, 1113 G.A.R. Highway, Swansea. Visiting hours Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00PM. Burial will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River.
