Elaine was a wonderful person, and still is greatly missed.

Elaine and Tom travelled with us to Australia, New Zealand, East Coast and recently through the Panama Canal in January.  She was always kind, generous, thoughtful and caring of others.  She was a great scrabble opponent with the last game going un-finished.  Big hugs to you Tom. I know she was your queen and you her King (even though you are a Scot) LOL

Elaine was not a close friend, however, I always enjoyed chatting with her at the gatherings of the Scots.  She was so easy to be with and our last chat together was about her health issues.    I always marveled at her ability to handle the Scots team with our accents and somewhat different sense of humour which was also discussed the last conversation we had.  Elaine's humour managed it all no problem.

I do know about her love for Tommy and how kind she was during his health issues.  Her love of family was a given as she shared her time with her children and Grandchildren often.

Elaine is at peace which is a blessing, however, we empathize the profound loss for Tommy, the family and all who loved her which was many.  Our sincere condolences.

Delane and I enjoyed many good times around the campfire, chuckling with Elaine & the family at Cultus Lake.  Sincere sympathy to Elaine’s family and all who loved  her.  May her memory be eternal...

It is with heavy heart I offer my sincerest condolences on the passing of Elaine.  I first met Elaine when she was but a teenager and I was courting her sister Carole.  Elaine became my sister in law and I watched as she moved through her life as loving caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and partner to Tommy.
Her energetic smiling personality provided us all with happy memories of family gatherings with the Watts clan.   It was those inherited family values that made her worthy matriarch  of the Fergusons.  She passed these values to her children and grandchildren and for that they are all better people.  
I will miss our conversations about the "past" and the happy times we all shared.
She is now in the arms of those she loved and I can visualize her and Carole in their youth playing gleefully in the yard of the "chicken farm" at Kilgard.
Rest peacefully Elaine in the knowledge you have left a great legacy of family values for your children to build upon. Enjoy the eternal sunshine of the after life, you deserve it.

I miss you Elaine. I will cherish the privilege of knowing and loving a very stoic lady. You will never be forgotten.

Our condolences and love go out to Tommy and the entire Ferguson and Collins families, as you all go through this heartbreaking loss.  Elaine was a beautiful person, inside and out, and was such a wonderful friend to my parents and my family, for many many years.  We remember her as extremely loving and dedicated to her family, and as a caring friend with a beautiful smile.  She will be missed dearly, but we will always cherish the memories we have.  Rest in peace, Lainie.  Much love from Lesley, Warren, Liam and Emma.

Elaine was a lovely lady with a lovely smile, twinkling eyes and an infectious laugh.  Although we knew Elaine casually for years, we really got to know her when she became an honorary "Scot" within our group of Scottish friends.  She will be sorely missed.  Our condolences go out to Elaine's and Tommy's families.  Rest in peace, Elaine.

Elaine and Tom are great neighbours at Harrison...we will truly miss Elaine's  infectious smile and thoughtful conversation..Elaine .will be dearly missed in, and remembered by our community

The first time colin&I met Elaine your lovely mum was the second time we visited tommy and for meeting her for the very first time we got on brilliant she was very easy to talk to that year in 2008 we travelled through the Rockies had an amazing time and then when tommy and elaine came over to Scotland  a few times I will never forget her she made me laugh .

Elaine was one of our closest friends for over 50 years - we watched her children grow up and become strong and caring adults just like their mom!   After Harvey passed she travelled with us and her cousin  Floyd on many trips, bringing laughter and love to all who met her - she was such a caring and happy person. When she met Tommy and became part of the Scottish group, the circle was complete!   We  will miss you so much Elaine and you will always stay in our hearts.  

Elaine was a beautiful and caring lady, that came into our lives through Tommy.  We got to know her sense of humour,  and infectious laugh.   She fitted into the Collins clan with such ease.   We got to hear about parts of her life growing up, her life with Harvey, and her love for her children and grandchildren.   She was a loving partner for Tommy.

We will miss her greatly.

My deepest sympathy to all the family. Such a shock,  I stayed with Elaine and Tommy the last time I was at the coast. Their kindness was overwhelming.  My heart goes out to all and especially Tommy who has always been a great friend to Bill,  my husband and myself over the years.  I share in your loss.

Loved our time together in Harrison with a few laughs & drinks. We will miss you alot. RIP Elaine
