Doreen & Ronald Carstairs

In loving memory of Doreen Mae Carstairs (née McMillan) February 22, 1934 - December 26, 2023 and Ronald “Ron” George Carstairs September 17, 1930 - January 9, 2024. During their 67 years of marriage, they remained young at heart, celebrating a lifetime filled with love, laughter, and adventure.

Survived by children Ken (Micheline) and Joanne (Stan) as well as their five granddaughters: Natasha (Jamar), Lindsay (Tom), Chelsea (Taylor), Jessica (Daniel) and Nicole (Robert) all of whom brought them immense pride and joy. They are also survived by their much loved precious great-grandchildren: Tatum, Aria, Korbin, Ryan, Taleah, Zaidyn and Elizabeth.

Forever remembered and always cherished, Ron and Doreen leave behind a family who are eternally grateful for their warm loving presence in all our lives. We will miss them dearly but take great comfort in knowing they are now resting together in peace.

A joint celebration of their lives will be held at 1pm on April 6, 2024 at Victory Memorial Park in Surrey. In lieu of flowers, kindly donate to the BC Cancer Foundation.
