George Thomas Hall

He was preceded in death by his parents John and Isabelle Brown; his siblings David and Robert. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Rosemary Haun; his children; Tinamarie (John), Tammie (Duane), John (Tabitha), and Becky (Brian). He also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.

George is a proud Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and the Cuban Missile Crisis while serving on the U.S.S. Stoddard. He was born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY where he met his wife and moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1974 to raise his family. He worked as a distinguished engineer in the aerospace industry until full retirement age (72).

He enjoyed being with his family, listening and dancing to music and living life to the fullest outdoors camping, fishing, and hiking. He was proud he obtained a black belt in karate and was an avid stamp collector. His contagious smile and sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Services will be held at Dignity Memorial (Surprise Funeral Care) on Sunday, March 24th, 2019. Visitation/viewing 1:00PM and Celebration of Life service 2:00PM. 16063 W. Bell Rd.
