Deborah Ann Frizzell

FRIZZELL, Deborah Ann, 67, of Surprise, Arizona, surrounded by her family, passed away at 8:41 pm on November 13, 2018 at Dignity Health, St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Deborah was born May 26, 1951 in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, to Charles and Frances (Baczynski) Check. She was a graduate of Bourgade Catholic High School and worked at State Farm Insurance for 29 years. She is survived by her husband Tom Frizell; daughters, Tanya (John) Schleker, Tammy (Leonard) Holtorf and Tara (Travis) Holtorf; grandsons, Nathan (Brittney) Bales, Darek Arvallo, Kyle Holtorf, Trevor Holtorf, Bryce Holtorf and Cole Holtorf; granddaughter, Samantha (Anthony) Hulse; great-grandson, Declan James Bales. Deborah was affectionally known as "Crazy Grandma" by her grandchildren - for her fun attitude and undying love for each of them. She is also survived by her Aunt Irene Kemper; Uncle Joe (Barbara) Baczynski; Aunt Mary Ann Rusz. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Surprise Funeral Care, 16063 W. Bell Rd., Surprise, Arizona.
