Thomas A. Hernandez passed away on October 3, 2012. He was born in Phoenix, AZ on December 11, 1954 to Carlos and Mary Hernandez. Tom enjoyed hiking, bird watching, genealogy and learning something new. He was a dedicated employee of K-Mart for 12 years. He is survived by his mother Mary, son Phillip, brothers Richard (Barbara), James (Cindy), and Phillip (Elaine); and sisters Anne, Patricia and Barbara. He was preceded in death by his father Carlos and brother Charles. As requested by Tom, no memorial service will be held.
