Suzanne was born to Thomas Claude and Anna Joyce (Banks) Taylor. She grew up in Oklahoma and married her high school sweetheart, Walker Eugene Thomas in Norman, OK on November 23, 1953. After returning from Korea Walker and Suzanne set out for California, only to run out of money in Farmington, New Mexico. That is where they stayed and raised their family, building a wonderful life for their three children, Shelly, Randy and Russ.
Suzanne had a deep love for her husband and children, as well as animals, especially her horses and dogs. She passed that passion on to each of her children and grandchildren.
Suzanne was an active member of the Church of Christ since she was baptized when she was 12. She served countless others with her love, compassion and generosity in so many different ways, constantly humble and without bringing attention to herself.
Although she will be deeply missed by all of us, Suzanne is now reunited in the love and joy of the Father, with her husband, and so many others who have gone before her.
Suzanne is survived by her three children, Shelly Ellis (husband Arlie Ellis), Randy Thomas (wife Karen), and Russ Thomas (wife Andrea). She is also survived by her two brothers, Tom Ed Taylor (wife Glynda) and Danny Max Taylor (wife Yvonne). Suzanne has nine grandchildren, Justin Weaver, Joseph Cleland (passed), Kyle Thomas, Lindsey Thomas Le (husband Chris Le), Jacklyn Rodriquez, Jessica, Paige and Tyler Thomas, and Geof Ellis (wife Kelsey). She has two great children, Delilah Le and Kooper Ellis. She also has several nieces and nephews.
