Judith Lynn Moxley

Judy was living at Camino de Oro Senior Living in Peoria, Arizona at the time of her death. She was 79 years old.

Judy was born on May 13, 1945 in Elizabeth, New Jersey to John Howard Moxley II and Cleopatra (Mundy) Moxley where she joined her older brother John H. "Jack" Moxley lll.

While attending college, Judy met her Life Partner Carolyn K. Carson. Together, they enjoyed traveling, viewing sporting and theatre events, and entertaining family and friends. They opened their home to many stray cats over the years who became their beloved pets.

Judy spent her teaching career in the Cedar Rapids, IA. School District. Upon retirement, Judy and Carolyn became "snowbirds" and spent the winter months in Sun City, AZ. In 2014 they moved to Arizona full time.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, brother Dr. John H. "Jack" Moxley lll, and partner Carolyn K. Carson.

Survivors include nephews John H. (Jay Moxley IV), Brook L. Moxley, and Mark H. Moxley, great-nephews Justin, Greg, Tyler, Carter, Jet and great-niece Devon, along with special friends Kelly and Kay Kleckler.

Per Judy's wishes there will be no services. Cremation rights have been accorded. Judy's final resting place will be Sunland Memorial Park in Sun City, AZ. Memorials in Judy's name may be made to your local Humane Society.
