He was a native of Breaux Bridge and had been a resident of Sulphur for the last 47 years. He worked for many years as a welder. Paris was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He enjoyed French music and dancing, and loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Connie LeBlanc of Sulphur; his children, Rebecca Morrison and husband, Michael of Arlington, Tennessee, and Terry LeBlanc and wife, Shawn of Lake Charles; his sister, Sophie Guidroz of Breaux Bridge; six grandchildren, Shelby Morrison Alvarado and husband, Edward, Jacob Morrison, Adam LeBlanc, Lauren LeBlanc, Max Collette, and Catherine Collette; and a great-grandson, Callen Alvarado. He is preceded in death by his parents, Cyrus and Ceverine LeBlanc; and his siblings, Ivan LeBlanc, Bernice Veronie, and Dorothy Babineaux.
A Celebration of Mr. LeBlanc's Life will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home led by Hixson's Celebrant, Jody Barrilleaux. Burial will be in the Southwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Jennings. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday with a rosary service at 6 p.m. and from 10 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday in the funeral home.
