Larry Wade Wing

He was a native and lifelong resident of Sulphur and was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Louisiana Heat Pump Association. Larry was the owner and operator of Wing Air Conditioning and Heating , established in 1965. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Brenda Wing of Sulphur; his father, Eugene Wing of Sulphur; his children, Trace Wing and wife, LaDonna of Lake Charles, Mandy Michelle Wing LaFleur and husband, Bobby of Carlyss, and Corey Wing and wife, Ginger of Sulphur; three siblings, Dennis Wing, Donna Wing Bruce, and Tina Wing, all of Sulphur; and six grandchildren, Jake Wing, Kade LaFleur, Kyle LaFleur, Kaleb LaFleur, Ryleigh Wing, and Kynleigh Wing.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Nathaline Wing; and a brother, Byron Wing.

His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 31, in St. Theresa Catholic Church. The Rev. Joe Aquino will officiate. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery South in Carlyss under the direction of Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation is from 2-8 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
