James proudly served in the U.S. Army and was a proud Vietnam War Veteran. James retired from Firestone Polymers after many years of dedicated service. James loved his online friends and his fur baby, Mallory.
James was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Broussard and first wife, Charlotte "Sug" Richard, and his parents, A.D. and Viva Broussard.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his son, Adam Broussard and wife, Jessica; his daughter, Ashley Broussard; grandchildren, Zackary Andrepont, Riley Broussard, Hailey Andrepont, Allie Broussard, Jackson Broussard, and Noah Broussard; a sister, Trudith Colvin; and a host of nieces and nephews.
James wishes were to be cremated. Cremation was entrusted to Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home.
