He retired from the Air Force in 1975 as a Chief Master Sergeant. He then went to work for Certainteed Corporation and after 22 years he retired as the Project Manager.
Preceding Mr. Wyatt in death were his parents, Woodrow Wyatt and Brady Bush Wyatt. One sister, Louise Wendt; and his cousin and best friend Wayne Bush.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 53 years, Jean. God blessed them with one daughter, Cindy Wyatt-McFarland and husband Keith, two grandsons, Corey and Chad Trosclair and one granddaughter Kaitlyn McFarland. His sister, Roma Smith and husband Jimmy, and a host of special nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
His funeral will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Hixson Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home in Sulphur. The Rev. Jimmy Smith will officiate. Visitation will be 12 noon- 9 pm. Monday and from 8 am. until time of service on Tuesday. Burial will be in Fort Jessup Cemetery north of Many, LA.
