James Augusta Jackson

James Augusta Jackson, born on April 1, 1936, in Iwensboro, Kentucky, to parents James Jackson and Fannie Barker, lived a life filled with remarkable achievements and lasting memories. James was a proud veteran who served his country in the United States Air Force, a chapter that shaped his dedication and commitment to excellence throughout his life.

Following his service, James pursued academic excellence, earning a Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry from Harvard University. This accomplishment led to a thriving career across various industries, including Exxon Chemical, franchising with Burger King, and later in dispute resolution, where his leadership and expertise shone.

Though James had many professional accomplishments, his greatest joy was the family he built with his beloved wife of 62 years, Marilyn Alice Urquhart. Together, they raised two children, Carleton Pierce and Andrea Dawn, who were the heart of his world. He was a devoted husband and father, always prioritizing his family's well-being and happiness above all else.
