James Patrick McGrath born on May 18,1928 in the Bronx, New York. Son of deceased Patrick McGrath and Catherine Gallagher. Brother to deceased Mary Drumm, Catherine Courtney and survived by Rose Siegrist. Husband to deceased Catherine (Kay) Fitzgibbons. Beloved father to Mary Ann Ryan and Tricia Maher. Devoted father-in-law to Michael Ryan and Frank Maher. Survived by grandchildren James Marcinek and his wife Vanessa, Bryan Maher, Michael Ryan, Jade Ryan and his wife Lea and Lotus Ryan. Close companion to Pam Agrati. Retired from the NYPD 28th PCT. Served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. Loved by so many, our hearts are broken.
