Mary Imhof

Framingham – Mary B. Imhof, 95, of Framingham, died peacefully at home surrounded by family on March 3rd, 2014. Mary was the beloved wife of the late Conrad J. Imhof of Framingham, who passed away in 2002. Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Calegero and Marianna (Maniscalco) Sbaratta.

Mary was a gentle, loving mother. She was an accomplished seamstress, who also enjoyed crocheting. Mary loved to cook family dinners and had a big gathering around the table every Sunday. She spent many peaceful hours watching the birds visit her beautiful garden. A longtime resident of Framingham, she retired to Florida for 18 years before returning to this area. She was active in her community during her years in Florida. She was a member of the Cooper City "Klassy Klowns" , volunteering at day care centers, nursing homes, and community events. Mary leaves her devoted children, Conrad C. Imhof of Framingham, Charles J. Imhof of Holliston, Lorraine E. Dray of Framingham, Robert M. Imhof of Ashland; a sister, Jeanne Wolters of Port St. Lucie, FLA ; 5 cherished grandsons; Jonathan Imhof, Michael Dray, Kevin Dray, Benjamin Imhof, and Jeffrey Imhof ; a daughter-in-law, Diane Imhof of Ashland and many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Lawrence S. Imhof of Ashland and sister of the late Rose LaRosa, Josephine Casalino, Philip Sbaratta, Salvatore Sbaratta, Vincent Sbaratta, Theresa Tarantino. and Lawrence Sbaratta. The family will receive relatives and friends at a visitation Monday, March 10, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Duckett-J.S.Waterman & Sons Home of Memorial Tribute, 656 Boston Post Rd., Rt. 20, Sudbury, Ma. Funeral Services and Interment at St. Steven’s Cemetery, Framingham will be private for family only.Rather than flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations may be made to Parmenter Hospice , The Parmenter Foundation, 400 Boston Post Road, Suite 1A, Sudbury, MA 01776 or
