Rev. Charles Porter Phillips, age 99, of Hobe Sound, Florida passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2024.
A viewing for Rev. Charles will be held on Thursday, November 21st from 3:00PM to 7:00PM at the First Baptist Church of Hobe Sound, 8515 SE Church Street, Hobe Sound, FL 33455. A memorial service will be held the following day, Friday November 22nd at the First Baptist Church of Hobe Sound, the graveside service will immediately follow at Rolling Oaks Cemetery, 2200 SW Del Rio Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34953.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish to express sympathy and are unable to attend, please consider making a donation to the First Baptist Church of Hobe Sound building fund. It was Pastor Charles' vision to expand the ministries of First Baptist Church of Hobe Sound and remain an enduring beacon of LIGHT for Jesus Christ in Hobe Sound, FL.
