My Dearest sister Elizabeth, I have so many fond memories of us growing up at the hill.  The distance between us has only brought us closer and that will never change. I'll never forget the good old days and the times we spent together. My heartfelt condolences to Billy, Jimmy, Maria and Margaret and their families.

My dear friend and neighbor,Elizabeth. I am still saddened by you passing away, but I know you are in the arm’s of Jesus. I cherish the quality time we spent together .  We always talked about the kids, the grandkids, everything that’s going on, and you would laugh. We would always  look out our windows for each other. Saturday was one of my last memories with you. I remember we talked, laughed, and watched a video of my 6 month old grandson. He was screaming and you said “ that made my day”. I will continue to look out for Bill. Deepest condolences to my brother Billy, my nephew Jimmy, my nieces Maria, Margaret, Eileen, their husbands and families. My sympathies also to Elizabeth’s brothers and sisters. You have lost a wonderful wife, mother, mother in law, grandmother and sister.  I have lost a beautiful sister in law. Elizabeth was the best. She was so welcoming to anyone (including myself) who visited 10 Hurd Ave. We have great memories of her visits to Killahy with Billy and the family. Elizabeth you had a heart of gold. Even though that golden heart has stopped beating- the memories will live on forever. In the words of Maya Angelou “ We may forget what you said.  We may forget what you did but we will never forget how you made us feel” .Elizabeth you always made me feel good.  May your gentle soul rest in peace.

My dear sister Elizabeth,
We have a lifetime of memories that I will hold in my heart forever.  God had blessed us with a week stay together recently and we laughed, we cried, we laughed until we cried.  We reminisced about our lives, our husbands, our children, grandchildren and friends.   God is good and I couldn't be more thankful for that time together.  I will miss you more than you could ever know.  We promise to take care of Billy and the kids.  May God holds you in the Palm of his hands until we meet again.   I love you Elizabeth.

Our Dear Aunt Elizabeth,  It's hard to express the loss the family feels.  As a child,  I remember coming for a holiday or visit and not wanting to leave.  Most times,  you'd convince mom to let me stay and I'd be there a week.  You'd bake the best cakes, take us to Caldors then Pizza Hut and even sneak getting my ears pierced.  My parents chose you as my Godmother and I will be forever grateful you were always by my side.  The holidays will not be the same without your smiling face walking through the door.  We have been truly blessed to witness the greatest love between you and Uncle Billy as well as your love and dedication for your whole family.  You will be sorely missed and I pray you are at peace, reunited with all our loved ones.  I love you!

Aunt Elizabeth, NO ONE makes a ham or an Irish soda bread like you. I am grateful for all of the holidays and special events we all spent together. Every fond memory of holidays as a kid (and adult) have you in it. Especially, when you’d tuck us in to Mom and Dad’s car stuffed with blankets and pillows after a visit to your house. That will always be one of my all time favorite memories. I am so very thankful that we got to share one more big celebration together and that one of my last memories of you is of you and Uncle Billy dancing. Your love is so special, and we were so lucky to witness it our whole lives. You will forever be missed and always loved. Love, Jennifer xo 

Rest in Peace Aunt Liz. You were always so welcoming and kind when we visited you and Billy from Ireland. Have very fond memories of our shopping trips on Black Friday and you had all the coupons saved up for us.

We will miss you, our sweet Aunt Elizabeth.  All of our family memories include you.  You made the perfect ham, cakes and pie!... You would start the Thanksgiving turkey at the crack of dawn.  We were never allowed to leave your house without having a delicious feast, tea and sweets.  As kids, you would tuck us in our parents car for the ride home with what seemed like every comforter and pillow you owned.. you just always wanted us to be comfy and warm.   I am so thankful our last time together was so full of love and happiness.  We will cherish these memories forever.
