I  was about 10 years old when I 1st met Terri at the Muir lake alliance church in the mid 80's.. This church was my 1st real introduction to Jesus. I remember watching Terri sing and she was always so full of love and light. I could actually see her aura glowing, this was before I even knew what an aura was. She radiated colors from her soul and I could see it, and it amazed me and filled me with wonder and curiosity about God's Love. it was the 1st time I had ever seen and felt such true pure love for Jesus. I absolutely loved watching her sing. It lit my soul like a firecracker. I had never experienced that kind of joy before.  I loved coming to church because of her singing and her obvious love for Jesus. I chose to be baptized because of her beautiful spirit. She always had a smile and kind words and it always made me feel warm and fuzzy inside when she spoke to me, just like Rich,  when he greeted me at the door, as a nervous shy adolescent,  always somehow made me feel comfortable and I even felt special when in their presence.  Honestly I don't remember the pastor or barely any other church members, but 35 years later, Terri's smile and glow still hold a special place in my memory and in my heart. I looked her up today to thank her, for her light and joy and love for Jesus that she shared with me, and with the world. I am very sad to learn she passed away, but also rejoice because I know she shining her light on this world from heaven. Thank you Terri. You are one if the most beautiful souls I have ever met. Amen. 

Terri always seemed full of life to me.  Please accept my condolences and prayers for her family.  I have so many memories.  
Terri was my "crazy bus driver".  She drove me home for most of my elementary and all my Jr. High days.  She used to drive so fast over a certain seasonal frost heave.  The few kids left on the bus used to run to the back of the bus and bounce ahead of the bump.  It so happened that some of us hit our heads on the roof - more than once.  I remember one Jr. High kid who popped his binder (French, if I remember correctly) out the window in celebration of school being over.  Terri stopped the bus on the side of the road and waited while he got out and cleaned up the mess.  It took a while - there were papers all over the hillside.  I remember Terri letting my brother and I off at the Swiss Valley Ski Hill after school where my mom worked sometimes.  (We once got into an accident on one of the hairpin corners - no one was hurt.)  She said nothing when I punched a boy sitting behind me in the nose making it bleed when he wouldn't stop bugging me.
When I was in grade one or two, Terri invited me to church where she taught my grade Sunday School.  Because of Terri, she introduced me and my family to Muir Lake Community Alliance Church.  This church was a cornerstone of my youth and still is one in my life.  Thank you for the invitation.  It changed who I am.
I remember Terri's clothing store in the Stony Plain Mall, called Dressing You.
I remember Terri as a real estate agent.
I remember Terri as a mom.  Bringing her youngest on the bus routes each day, watching them grow up.
Candlelight Christmas Eve services are not the same without Terri's amazing soprano belting out "O Holy Night". 
Our lives went separate ways when my family moved south to Calgary, but Terri has had a significant impact on my life.  
I will miss her and forever see her with a big smile and a ton of energy - always ready for the next thing.   Can't wait to see you in Heaven!!

Although our lives went in totally different directions.... Terri to Brad and family and mine to career I will always fondly remember riding the school bus with her everyday throughout Grade 12.  Terri, Carol (Emslie)Stewart and I spent that final year at Stony Plain Memorial Composite High School as Three Amigos, Musketeers and/or Stooges together! Once we graduated life took over.... 3 seeds to the wind.   
Terri always had that beautiful  smile and shining eyes.  She was bright, vivacious,  and mature beyond her years.  A beautiful soul.


I grew up next door, met Terri when I was about six. She inspired me to study music and guided me in my walk with Christ. When my father passed away she prayed with me and helped me through a difficult time. It is my hope that some day I can be a light in this darkness for people the way she was for me. Love ya Ma

Terry had a beautiful voice, and sang "Wind beneath my wings" for our wedding.

She was always kind to me, and welcomed me into her family. She used to call me "Kevy" which drove me nuts :-) 

My sincere condolences to Brad, Patricia, Conrad, Roxanne, Pamela, Brett and all the family.

I remember hiking with Terri and Katie through Chicakoo trails. I remember her being vibrant and full of life.  I will always cherish the memories we shared, and will remember her with a smile. My sincerest condolences to all of her family. Thoughts and prayers always.
