It is with saddened hearts that the family of Rick Cyr of Parkland County, AB, announces his passing at home after a short courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his family, on Saturday April 11, 2020.
Ricks love for the outdoors, whether it have been with his family on trips to Jasper, riding his Harley, or just kicking back on the deck having a cold one enjoying the beautiful yard he worked hard for over the years.
Rick leaves behind his loving wife, Anastasia (Stacey);Sons Corbin and Ryley; Sister Denise; Brother Daniel; His devoted dog Mojo and his many nieces and nephews.
He also leaves behind friends, neighbors and his coworkers from the years of working in the oil field industry.
Rick is now eternally reunited with his beloved parents. Jean- Guy and Gabrielle Cyr.
Due to the unfortunate social climate there will be a celebration of life planned for when we can all be together again and celebrate Rick. He donated to many charities over his lifetime and we are leaving it to one’s own discretion on which they would like to leave in his memoriam.
