Thuong Thi Tran Nguyen

Thuong Thi Tran Nguyen peacefully passed away on February 2nd, 2023 surrounded by loved ones. She was 77 years old. Thuong Thi Tran Nguyen, the second daughter of the late Huong Tran and Nghiem Tran, was born on May 20th, 1945 in Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam. She left behind a legacy with her 8 children and 12 grandchildren.

A nurturing mother and caring grandmother, Thuong Thi Tran Nguyen was genuinely authentic and easy to love. She was a woman of unwavering love, kindness, and grace. Her warm smile could light up a room and her infectious laughter was contagious. She made sure her children, grandchildren and everyone around her felt loved and supported, no matter the circumstances.

She was a true embodiment of selflessness. Always putting the needs of others before her own. She had an unwavering spirit and heart of gold and she inspired everyone she met with her strength and perseverance. Her legacy and the memories she created will live on through the countless lives she touched. She will be deeply missed.

Visitations for Thuong Thi Tran Nguyen will be held on Wednesday, February 15 and Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N California St, Stockton, California 95202. A christain burial mass will take place on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 3847 N. Sutter Street, Stockton, California. Following the mass will be Thuong's final resting place at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, 719 E. Harding Way, Stockton, California.
