Allen was born November 20, 1947 in Atlanta to the late Horace M Kersey, Jr. and Lucille Brown Kersey. He graduated from Henry County High School in 1965 and entered into the United States Air Force where he served four years. After serving he attended the University of Georgia and graduated from Terry College of Business. He loved golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family at the beach. He was loved by his family and friends and will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his wife Brenda L Kersey: daughter Allison K. Morris (Tim): son Clifton M Kersey (Ansley) grandchildren; Mitchell Kersey, Will Morris, Macy Kersey and Maddox Kersey. Also brother Michael Kersey (Joann); sisters Nancy Garvin (Charles), and Kathy Butler (Frank) and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Terry will be held Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. A celebration of life will occur Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, 376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. An interment with military honors will occur Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Fairview Memorial Gardens, 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281.
