I was going through army memories and remembered Joe, whom I worked with in the Heidelberg Photo Lab. I googled him and was sad to learn of his passing. Joe was also part of the Patton Barracks Chapel, so we spent time together there too. He was a good soul who cared about others and liked to laugh. I was stationed at Ft. Gillem in the eighties and kept my horse in Stockbridge
 Small world. I hope someone sees this just to know Joe is remembered.

Definitely gonna miss Joseph.  Super nice guy.  Would always talk to him when we'd be on break at work.  We could talk about anything.  Definitely one of the good ones.  

Joseph was a great coworker and a good friend that enjoyed helping others.  Joseph will be truly missed by everyone that knew him.

Joseph's light was so bright and so loving! I know that light continues to shine strongly where he is now. I'll miss his constant smile, the laughter that was always in his voice, his insistence that every challenge was "a piece of cake," his brownies, his incredible intellect and wit... all of us at MAAS will! We love you Joseph! 

Joseph was one of my first friends at GDOT. He always made sure I got a brownie when he would make them. I always enjoyed our conversations about everything from super-massive black holes to the biggest burgers. His pictures from the Grand Canyon were breathtaking. He was always super helpful with computer stuff, work-related and non-work-related. GDOT is not going to be the same without him.

Joseph was one who always tried to keep up with his RCHS Class of 1974 classmates!  He will be missed, but not forgotten.

I will never forget the first time I saw Joseph.  My sister,  brother,  and I were just starting the Rockdale County Schools, riding the same bus as Joseph rode.  We all became fast friends. That was so long ago. My momma,  Aunt Pearl, and Ms Ann also became friends.  
Joseph always called me " CONNIE SUE", never just Connie.  We had art classes together,  loved photography  together and he was always so great at this, and I loved to listen to him talk about the stars.......
I loved my friend very much. I knew that if I needed him for anything,  he would be there to help me. He always had a huge smile and a huge hug for me.  
I will miss him every day.  I will miss my " Connie Sue....and his well you know.....".....but I know I will see my friend in Heaven.  I love and will miss you Joseph.  






Joseph and myself went to school together and graduated from RCHS, 1974. I am so sorry for your loss. Joseph was a great guy. The family will be in my thoughts and prayers. May you find peace and comfort in our Father.
