The outstanding life and legacy of Gaston McGregor Beckles. Father, grandfather, great grandfather, husband, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.

Gaston M. Beckles, age 87, of Ellenwood, Georgia passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022. Gaston was born April 12, 1935.

He was Dad, Grandfather, Uncle Gaston, Brother ‘B’, Mr. ‘B’, and Charalie.

In December 1964, he married the late Regina Persaud together they had 10 children, 3 of whom preceded him in death Dawn, Floyd and Baby Kieran.

He is survived by his loving wife, Greta Rodney-Beckles who he married in May 2003; children, Gaston Jr. (Terry), Kim, Sean, Michelle, Keir, Al and Alister; son-in-law, Paul Sullivan; daughters-in-law, Nicole, Leshon, Winma and Ebonette; grandchildren, Adasi, Tevin, Kristen, Tiffany, Anthony, Al, Michael, Michaela, Diandra, Adrian, Kirk, Nikkiyah, Khalil, Maya-Rose, Earl, Kearah, Nahriah, Yoseba, and Alexander; Damanie (deceased) and great-grandchildren, Talayha, Brandon, Michael Jr., Renold Jr., Aiden, Bryson, Aria, Kayden, Judah, and Legend.

Dad passed as he lived his life… with courage, without complaining surrounded by those he loved. He gave love, and he was loved. “…Love never fails…”

Thank you Dad for the lessons you taught us, the values you instilled in us, and the love you showed us. We are so proud of you dad, daddy, grandfather, Mr. “B. You lived your life with purpose, discipline, integrity, and generosity.

We miss you. We love you. We honor you. God be with you, till we meet again.

Visitation for Gaston M. Beckles will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM in The Heritage Suite at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281, followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM in The Fairview Suite.
