Mrs. Chan is survived by: daughter Lai Y. (Herbert) Kwok; son York W. Chan (Barbara J. Swanson); and son York M. (Lisa) Chan; grandchildren Richard (Caroline) Kwok, Michele Kwok, Teri (Nick) Palomaki, Kevin Chan, Casey Chan, Maya Chan, and Evelyn Chan; great-grandchildren Donovan Palomaki, Riley Kwok, Liam Palomaki and Jackson Palomaki; and her siblings Yee Nu Ying, Yu Jin Ying and Yee Yim Pak. Mrs. Chan also leaves 20 nieces & nephews.
Mrs. Chan was preceded in death by her husband Han Young Chan.
A visitation for Mrs. Chan will be held Friday, December 14, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home, 4101 Oak Park Ave, Stickney, Illinois 60402.
A morning visitation on Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home.
Funeral service will start at 11:00 AM at Mount Auburn Funeral Home. Burial following at Mount Auburn Memorial Park.
