Mrs. Shirley Kay Givens Sigmon, 63, of 140 Wildflower Lane Statesville, died Wednesday March 7, 2012, at the Gordon Hospice House. Born in Iredell County on December 11, 1948, she was a daughter of the late Bristol Holton Givens and Lillie Mae White Givens. On November 11, 1965, she married Ronnie Luther Sigmon who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Ronnie Eugene Sigmon and Robbie Dale Sigmon both of Statesville, a brother, Ronnie Dale Givens and his wife, Kathy, and a sister, Alice Morrow and her husband, Buddy all of Statesville along with a grandson, Tanner Brown Sigmon.
Services celebrating Shirley's life will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Sunday at Westmoreland Chapel of Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. Curtis White officiating.
