Frank, a retired NYPD Police Lieutenant, dedicated 25 years of service to Brooklyn and Manhattan. His passion for reading and theater enriched his life beyond his career. As an enthusiastic thespian, he actively contributed to the Staten Island local theater group, gracing the stage in productions like "Othello" and "The Iceman Cometh." Beyond his artistic pursuits, Frank had a sincere appreciation for nature and harbored a deep affection for all creatures. He could frequently be spotted at Gateway Park, enjoying the company of his cherished Marybeth. Above all, Frank was a kind-hearted man who valued the time spent with his family, creating lasting memories.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Carmela Manzi (Grillo), and his four children: Frank (Maria), Angelo, Hopelisa Hafez, and Estelle Pastore (Anthony). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren: Brian (Madison), Matthew, Marie, Samir, Marissa (Matthew), Amanda, Anthony and Christine as well as his six great-grandchildren: Dominick, Madison, Atticus, and Sawyer
