Peter fully enjoyed life, whether from the Westchester Country Club golf course, his accomplishment of three hole-in-ones, the beach, cheering on his sons and then grandchildren from the sidelines, vegetable gardening, rooting for his beloved UCONN Huskies, and traveling the world with his wife Ré of over fifty-four years.
Peter spent considerable time volunteering with his church of over forty years, the North Stamford Congregational Church, while having recently attended the New Canaan Congregational Church. He was also an active volunteer and supporter of the Stamford Historical Society, and the UCONN alumni association.
