Edward Wayne Johnson passed away Saturday, July 5th. He is survived by his wife Soledad “Mae” Johnson, son Keith Johnson, daughter Jennifer Easley and husband Brad, daughter Amanda Guevara, and Mother Mathilda “Tippie” Johnson, sister, Cynthia McElveen all of Houston. Grandchildren Chelsea Dameron and husband Caleb, Jacob Nuttall, Gabriel Johnson, Sophia Guevara, and Sebastian Guevara.
Edward graduated from Shepherd High School in 1963 and was a longtime Houston resident retiring from the City of Houston Water Customer Service and IBC Bank.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Earthman Funeral Home at 12555 S Kirkwood Rd, Stafford, TX 77477 on Wednesday, July 9th with a Wake Service and Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be Thursday, July 10th at 10:00 am at Notre Dame Catholic Church 7720 Boone Road Houston, TX 77072. Graveside services will be held immediately following at Forest Park 12800 Westheimer Rd Houston, TX 77077.
