Ruthann Summerton

Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Albert; parents, Stephan and Cecilia Menke; 7 sisters and 4 brothers. Survived by her son, Lonnie (Cindy); son, Michael; step-son, Larry (Diana); grand daughter, Nicole (fiance' Cameron Figueroa); grandson Brian (Jessica); great granddaughter, Sophia; great granddaughter, Riley; great niece, Rachel Cash; sister, Judith (Larry) Uhles; brother, Joseph Menke; and many loving nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Ruthann loved playing cards and games with family as well as going to lunch and going shopping. Ruthann and her husband owned The Flamingo Motel in Treasure Island from 1968-1972. They had their own vending machines with A1 vending from 1968-2012. They also owned Tally-Ho Pub from 1983-1997. Ruthann was a fun, loving, outgoing person who will be missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021 from 3-7pm at Beach Memorial Chapel, St. Pete Beach. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 10am at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, St. Pete Beach. Interment will be at The Florid National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
