Age 77, of Oakdale, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday, December 16, 2022 after a battle with Alzheimer’s.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Ken Jackson, and sister-in-law, Nancy Jackson.
Sandy is survived by her children, Denise LaDoucer, Brian Jackson, and Tracy (Rob) Kossel; grandchildren, Kenny (Breezy) LaDoucer, Katie LaDoucer, Kiersten (David) Teter, and Drake Jackson; along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. We will all fondly miss Sandy and her infectious smile and loving and caring nature.
A graduate of Archbishop Murray High School Class of 1963, Sandy worked for more than 20 years in the Roseville School District. A past president of the Oakdale Athletic Association and the Tartan High School Boosters, she volunteered for many years in the Oakdale community. She was devoted and active in Grace Lutheran Church community.
Memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 28 at 11:00 am at Grace Lutheran Church, 1730 Old Hudson Road, St. Paul. Visitation one hour before service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association and Grace Lutheran Church Mortgage Fund.
