Deborah Jean Demulling

She is preceded in death by her father John Higgins. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, John, her mother Mary Jane Higgins, children Todd (Mel) and Jonette Demulling, her grandchildren Justina, Brandon and Tyler. She is also survived by her sister Rosemary Higgins, her brother Doug (Geronica) Higgins and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Debbie was an employee at 3M for over 30 years, a long time volunteer with Meals for Wheels and a lover of all animals. Debbie loved to be busy, on the weekends she could be found outside working in her yard, taking the dog for a walk, and baking cupcakes or cookies. Every Sunday during football season she would wear her green and gold, and could be heard cheering on her beloved Green Bay Packers.

Visitation will be Friday, April 2, 2021 from 2:00-3:00 pm with Memorial Service beginning at 3:00 pm at Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave., St. Paul, MN 55106. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
