William was born December 17, 1971 in St. Louis, MO to William and the late Pamela (nee Kuhl) Ratliff; Beloved husband of Samantha Warden Ratliff; loving father of Rebekah (Jessey) Devaney; dear brother of Heather (Rusty) Hoppins and Robert (Tara) Ratliff; son-in-law of Sam and Gail Warden; brother-in-law of Sarah Hurst; dear uncle and friend to many.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday August 24, 2021 from 4-8 pm at the Hoffmeister South County Chapel 1515 Lemay Ferry Rd. St. Louis, MO 63125. Funeral service Wednesday August 25, 2021, 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Services will conclude at the funeral home there will be no procession to the cemetery.
