Following graduation, he attended vocational training programs in Oregon, and then worked for businesses doing transcription and sales.
Most of all, Trevor was a kind person and felt he was so blessed with good friends and family. He enjoyed music, singing, and playing both the piano and the guitar. He lived on The Hill in Saint Louis for many years. He loved discussing issues and could bridge a political divide with his friends.
Trevor spent several months each year in South Dakota with his good friend, Thedna, the mother of his daughter. He is survived by his daughter, Kiana; two brothers, Justin (Wendy) Pestrue and Joel (Holly) Pestrue; his mother Janice Chambers; his nephews, Jackson and Liam Pestrue, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, George Pestrue, and his step-father, Ray Chambers.
