Baptized into the Hope of Christ’s Resurrection, passed away Friday, September 4, 2020 at the age of 74.
Beloved husband of Veneira Lewis (nee Signorelli); loving father of Don Michael (Rebecca) Lewis and Hollie Ann (Michael) Lewis; dear step-father of Dawn Edwards, Christy Ann (late Roger) Jaros, Stephen Edwards (Rhonda) and Mark Edwards; dear brother of Lorraine (Gene), James (Pat), Frank (Donna) and Francie (Otto); dearest grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend to many.
Funeral Mass Thursday, September 17, 2020, 12:00 Noon will be held at St. James the Greater Catholic Church, 6401 Wade Ave. at Tamm Ave, Visitation at church prior to Mass from 10:00 am until service time. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom’s name may be made to a Pancreatic Cancer Foundation of your choice.
