Goodness, how I treasure my memories with Uncle Mike. I cannot think of one time I wasn't having fun with him when we were together. He was always joking and living his best life. 

I'll never forget the years he coached my soccer team. I'm sure I was the worst player on the team, but he always encouraged me. Seriously. . . I probably scored goals for the other team, but he NEVER made me feel like I was a bad player! 

He's forever known as my uncle who had a mullet the longest. And he looked good in it! 

I remember spending so much time with him growing up. I even went to the hospital with him a few times for various accidents! 

My Uncle Mike helped me with a job several times. Once in college, I spent the summer in St. Louis. He and my Uncle Bob got me a job at Precision Screw. Goodness that was a crazy job for an 18 year old girl! I was really impressed with how hard both of my uncles worked. 

Another time, Sharon got me a job at her office. That was probably the best time I had with both Sharon and Uncle Mike. They truly cared about me and helped me earn a decent living those few months. 

One thing I'll never forget about him. . . . he was so incredibly kind to me. Even though I had lost touch with him for years, I never forgot about him or stopped loving him. Because of him, I pledge to be a better niece and cousin to my St. Louis family. I won't let that much time go by again without saying, "I love you." 

Uncle Mike, I love you, so much! You will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of this nice man. My husband Tony Schnurr and I rode motorcycles with Mike Parr , when we all road  with  Shadow Riders of St. Louis.  What a great smile and laugh he shared often!  I remember  participating in Bikers for Babies events with Mike and his  lovely wife and always How proud he was of his kids.  Rest easy  Brother!  God’s peace and comfort be with his entire family and friends, Kathy and Tony Schnurr 

Sharon. Michael always Had a Smile on His Face. I will forever have that memory in my Mind. He will be Missed.

Our prayers go out to Sharon Casey, and Corey are this time We have many fond memores of Mike on road trips, Christmas parties, Halloween parties, and great get-togethers. Mike you had a full life. You will remain in our hearts and be missed.

I met Mike when he came to work for John Henry Foster 20 years ago. He had the ‘KNACK’ for being able to take anything apart to find out what was wrong and then fix it. Everything from hydraulic pumps to air operated tools. Whenever I needed assistance with an issue in the field, he would stop what he was doing and dig in to help me resolve the problem. I always appreciated his willingness to lend a hand. Gone too soon. He will be missed.

Worked with Mike over a decade. He always had something to say and was always willing help when you asked. We always had great conversations. He will be sadly missed.

I regrettably didn't get to work closely with Mike very often. However, the few interactions I did have with him, I learned quickly that he wasn't afraid to speak his mind... and because of that, he immediately earned my respect.  His knowledge, passion, and dedication to whatever task was at hand was enviable and will definitely be missed. May Mike rest in paradise and may all who loved him take comfort in the memories  made along the way. 

Mike loved to play golf with his sons. I was lucky enough to be on the team this particular day. Mike was so unbelievably proud to have won and it is a memory that will never be forgotten. 

While working with Mike he instilled into me his passion for a hard days work and doing the job right. Mike always took the time to teach, passing along his knowledge and helping to improve my future. Thank you for the memories Mike, I'm going to miss you my friend.

I want to express my deepest sympathy to you all. I am so very sorry for your loss. Your family is and will be in my thoughts and prayers through this most difficult time.
