Matthew G. Wooldridge, AKA Big Matt, of Imperial, MO passed away Monday September 20, 2021 at the age of 56. Cool Matt Daddy to Nataleigh Fiedler, beloved son of Monica & the late Eugene Wooldridge, dear brother of James (Debbra nee Hatcher), Timothy (Teri nee Dixon), Charlotte, Jean (Tom) Grman, Eileen (Joe) Gmerek and the late Christopher. Beloved Nephew, Uncle, Great Uncle & Friend to Many.
Matt was a proud Father to Nataleigh Rae. She was the light of his life. He was the type of man that could change your gloomy day into a great day with his sarcastic one liners. Just ask one of his fellow co-workers at Tuckers. Or anyone else that he met.
He enjoyed sitting on his deck, smoking a cigar watching football especially his favorite team the Cincinnati Bengals. For several years Matt has been the dedicated care giver to our mother. His care was kind, understanding, patient and most of all, loving. Needless to say, he was a Mama’s Boy and held that name proudly.
Services: A Celebration of Life for Matthew will be held Sunday, October 3, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125, a memorial service will take place at 2:00 PM.
