Jack was born in St. Louis, Missouri in 1971 to John and Cheryl Heddell. He attended Buder Elementary School, Tower Grove Christian School and Oakville High School before receiving an Associate’s degree from St. Louis Community College.
Jack was preceded in death by his brother Peter Heddell and is survived by his parents, John and Cheryl Heddell and his children, Annabelle (Mario) Escamilla and Eli and Ava Heddell. Jack was the beloved brother of Linda (Chuck) Stanton, Susan (Josh) Campbell, Jenny (Jason) Wescoat and Jay (Christina) Heddell and his sister-in-law Linda Heddell. Jack was a fun uncle to 18 nieces and nephews who all loved him.
Jack was a skilled woodworker, gifted with mechanical and automotive repairs and disciplined in pursuing his weightlifting goals. He was a friend to everyone he met, and loved to visit with family and friends. He also had a great sense of humor and his faith in God was important to him. By far, Jack’s favorite and most treasured role was being a father to his three kids.
A visitation for Jack will be held on Friday, March 28, 4:00-8:00 P.M. Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road. Memorial service on Saturday March 29, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
