Born June 20, 1935 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Dennis and Rose Thurman (nee Hamilton); Beloved mother of Pamela Louise Scott (nee Webb) and the late Roger Allen Webb; loving grandmother of Douglas Edward Scott, Kevin Douglas Scott and Shana Louise Scott; cherished great grandmother to Elizabeth Paisley Scott. Charlotte is survived by a sister Donna Lee Ellen Patterson (nee Webb). Charlotte leaves to cherish her memory to her many family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2024 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Hoffmeister South County Chapel 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, St.Louis,Mo 63125.
Funeral services on Friday, December 27, 2024 12:00 PM at the funeral home.
Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
