Alma M Harris, age 93, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Monday July 15, 2019. Alma was born November 26, 1925 in Elvins, Missouri to Sarah Jane (nee McClanahan) Sumpter and Ernest Sumpter.

Alma is survived by; daughter Sara Lee (Jim) Pope; and daughter Mary (Dr. Brent) Stromberg. Her grandchildren Devin M Lea, Jennifer (Matt) Silva, Lauren (Jon) Funk, Christopher (Amanda) Stromberg, Carter (Kelsee) Stromberg, Allison Stromberg, Morgan (Jeff) Gunter and fourteen great-grandchildren, further survive her.

Preceding Alma in death is her husband Ferd W Harris; father Ernest Sumpter and mother Sarah Jane Sumpter, three sisters and one brother.

The visitation for Alma is 9 am to 10 am Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, Lemay, Missouri 63125. The funeral service follows at 10:00 AM. The committal is in Mount Hope Cemetery, 1215 Lemay Ferry Rd, Lemay, Missouri 63125.
