John Reiser

His intellectual curiosity encouraged all that knew him to seek the truth and think independently. Family and school staff alike will fondly remember him as an undisputed master of the barbecue grill, cooking steaks to perfection at countless summer barbecues that went late into the night with great food and conversation. His dedication to his family was often demonstrated through kind notes and letters that he wrote.

Devoted husband of 57 years to the late Maureen Reiser (nee Murphy).

He leaves in mourning his son Brian (Josée Charette), daughters Eileen (Geoff Bliss) and Elizabeth (George Giannone). Proud grandfather to James, David and Lydia Bliss, and Gabriel, Evan and Lily Giannone; and great-grandfather to Elijah and Judith Chityal-Bliss. John will also be remembered by his sisters-in-law Monica, Ethel, Helen and Rachel, and his numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Wednesday the 2nd of June at 11AM to 1PM.

At 1PM the will be the ceremony directely in the chapell.
